Title: J Timothy's Taverne Buffalo Chicken Meatballs

2 lb Ground chicken
1 1/2 c Panko bread crumbs
2 lg Eggs
1 ts Garlic powder
1 ts Onion powder
2 Green onions; thin sliced
Salt & pepper
1 c J. Timothy's Buffalo Sauce
1/4 c Bleu cheese dressing
Set oven @ 400ºF/205ºC.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a light
coating of non-stick spray.
In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, Panko, egg,
garlic and onion powder and green onions; season with
salt and pepper, to taste. Stir until well combined.
Roll the mixture into small meatballs, forming about
