Title: Anti-Lupus Salmon Teriyaki

Yield: 2 servings
8 oz Salmon filet
3/4 c Thawed pineapple juice
1 tb Chopped fresh ginger
1 tb Chopped garlic
3 tb Soy sauce
1 tb Rice vinegar
Divide the salmon into two 4 oz portions.
Combine the pineapple juice concentration, rice vinegar,
soy sauce, garlic and ginger in a small bowl.
In a non-stick skillet, over medium-high heat, brown the
salmon filets, about 3 minutes each side.
Pour half the teriyaki sauce over the salmon in the
skillet and cook for an additional 5 minutes or until
the salmon is cooked through.
Serve with the remaining teriyaki sauce.
